He fought against the charges of child abuse when he actually said he saw GOD in the faces of children.

Its true that no controversy can ever diminish his impact…..

But the fact is MJ is no more in this cruel world..

The Delhi high court’s landmark judgement decriminalizing homosexuals by striking down sec 377 of the IPC,a law that could punish gay couples even if they are adult and consenting,has in one stroke changed India’s medieval stand on sexual freedom for something modern and in keeping with many forward looking liberal nations.

The pressing issue that we face now is..how the attitude of the society- the heterosexual majority would change towards the minority after this decision.

For the revival of the age old conceptions about homosexuality a lot has to be done in this field. The acceptance of the society would be the real success of this law….People still lives with the fact that homosexuality is unnatural. It’s a sin..its a disease…n dat it can b treated…Even the great Baba Ramdev went to supreme court saying ayurveda has got the remedy for this disease named “ homosexuality”!!!!

A common misconception is that being a gay is by choice.

Consider for a minute did u chose ur own sexuality?? I knw I didn’t…Its just the way I am..why should it be different for gay people..

There is a growing consensus among researchers that sexual orientation is an inborn combination of genetic and environmental factors that largely decides a person’s sexuality before they are born.

Democracy isn’t just about majority rule.Its also about protecting basic human rights for everyone and especially of the minorities that are more vulnerable to harassment and abuse.Gays are not asking for extra rights,legal sanctions and reservations..They want the rights that other citizens have to marry,to divorce,to adopt etc .When a society can accept a blind person n give him all the rights..Why gays are denied of the similar rights n privileges..Remember these people are not responsible for their genetic disorder.

The concept of being gay is as old as humanity.It is not sumthing to do with east ,west ,north or south..

Lets move on, and accept the fact that being a gay is not by personal choice.It is something that GOD has decided….

Let them proudly say “We are happy and free to be gay”
